Power Green, Very Berry & Tropical Smoothies

Very Berry Smoothie
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 raspberries
  • 1 cup milk (regular, almond or soy)
Tropical Smoothie
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup orange
  • 1/2 cup grapefruit
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (or you can also use coconut water)
  • A small piece of ginger
  • Lime juice to taste
Power Green Smoothie
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
